This event is designed for those who are actively considering buying or renting and who want a clear understanding of their possibilities. On the day, you can explore our show homes, experience the different housing types and speak directly with estate agents as well as our letting partner, CEJ.
Guided tours will be available for four different types of homes:
An apartment (Tagfatgade 8, 1.1)
Experience the first completed apartment in Travbyen. A bright and inviting home with well-designed rooms that are easy to furnish. Here you will finally have the opportunity to walk through and experience what an apartment in Travbyen looks like. The apartment features two good bedrooms with unique angles and lovely details, as well as a large central living space where everyday life has room to unfold.
Two townhouses (Hinkeruden 8 and Forunderliggade 10)
Step inside and experience two different townhouses in Travbyen. A housing type designed for everyday life close to neighbours – while still offering space to retreat and enjoy the calm of private indoor and outdoor areas. In the townhouses you will see how different levels can help create unique spaces. Here you will find high ceilings, large windows and plenty of room for family life.
An Urban Villa (Stifindergade 49)
A spacious housing type that gives the feeling of having your own house within a shared community. Step inside at Stifindergade 49 and experience the beautiful natural light from the skylights above. Here you will get the sense that every home in Travbyen is unique.
