Large turnout for the opening of the Community House
The atmosphere was lively on Sunday afternoon as we were finally able to open the doors to Travbyen’s new heart - the Community House. Around 600 guests stopped by as we moved aside the construction fence and welcomed curious residents and visitors onto the site.
Many curious questions were asked, and we had great conversations about the Community House, local communities and Travbyen as a whole.
With the first shared facilities now in place, Travbyen has a new setting where fresh communities can begin to grow - even though residents cannot move in just yet. A key part of the district’s DNA is its focus on community, which is why the Community House is also the very first building to be completed.
The strong interest on Sunday has only made us even more excited to invite you to take part in the development and establishment of the remaining shared facilities in the first phase of construction. We will share more about this at a later stage.
